Raising the ice arenas in the cities where EuroChem company's enterprises are present, the goal is to revive the winter sports, traditional for Russia: hockey and figure skating. This process started in 2011 with the opening of a modern ice arena in Novomoskovsk (Tula region). Then there were two more - in Nevinnomyssk (Stavropol Territory), in Kingisepp (Leningrad region). The next two years will open two more - in Kotelnikovo (Volgograd region) and Berezniki (Perm region). Thus, in cities where there are already ice arenas, hockey and figure skating have received a new impetus to development. The total number of children involved in these sports is about 1,000 people!
Professional training coaches are involved in the training process for hockey and puck training, and the international children's EuroChem Cup tournament, which has been held for more than five years, proves the successful work of the development program for this sport and is currently of interest not only in Europe, But also in Japan, and even in the United States.
